OwnersJill Andrews is a Coach for the Valley teams and is a USA National Official. She has a BS in Physical Education and MS in Health. Jill teaches at and is the Head Gymnastics Coach at Proctor High School.Gale Stovall is the Director of the Little Falls Program and Coach of Valley Teams. He has a BS in Physical Education and a MS in Special Education. He teaches in the Little Falls District. Phyllis Niemi is the Business Manager at Valley. She is an USA National Official and Section III Girls Gymnastic Chair. She has a BS and MS in Physical Education. Coaching Staff
