How to Register1. Download and fill out Valley's registration form. 2007-2008 student registration is $35.00.Registration for classes may be done at any time throughout the year. (You will need Adobe's free Acrobat Reader to view the registration form. ) 2. Mail your Registration Fee and first Month’s Tuition along with the completed form to: Valley Gymnastics 145 New Hartford Street New Hartford, NY 13413 Payments may be made with cash, checks, MasterCard or Visa. Payment must be received or postmarked by the 10th of each month, or there will be a $10.00 late fee assessed to that month’s tuition.
