HOW TO REGISTER

Step 1: 

Download and fill out our Valley registration form

*Registration for classes may be done at any time throughout the year.

Step 2:
Mail or drop off your Registration Fee and first Month’s Tuition along with the completed form to:
Valley Gymnastics

Utica, NY 13502

Payments may be made with cash, checks, MasterCard or Visa.

Payment must be received or postmarked by the 10th of each month, or there will be a $15.00

late fee assessed to that month’s tuition.
