Valley Warrior Classes
Warrior Classes at Valley are a great alternative or addition to traditional sports! Class activities include swinging, balancing, and jumping on an array of platforms, equipment, and apparatuses. Our creative obstacle courses include a variety of general fitness activities that develop strength, speed and agility. Warrior classes build an appreciation of the benefits of exercise. Children and young adults also enjoy setting and achieving new goals weekly which helps to boost self-confidence. Our Warrior classes are open to both boys and girls, ranging from 2-18 years of age.
