Our philosophy is to teach children in a safe, fun and disciplined environment. Our goal is for each child to learn gymnastics at his or her own pace. We teach our students to strive for excellence, not only in gymnastics, but in all facets of their lives.

  BREAKING NEWS!!!!

We are excited to announce that CNY Storm will be offering a competitive cheer team at Valley Gymnastics. The team is open to all cheerleaders in the Utica/Rome and surrounding areas ages 10-18 (as of 8/31/11). To obtain an information packet, please contact Kathy Penree at cnycheer@hotmail.com.

How will I know if the gym is closed due to inclement weather?
 A. We will call WKTV and 98.7 radio station to post the closing, and leave a message on our answering machine.
